Allavita! was a once-in-a-lifetime Cirque du Soleil production created for the Milan World Expo 2015, and I had the incredible honor of serving as Choreographer. Performed in a custom-built open-air theater for over 6,000 people a night, it was the premiere entertainment offering of the Expo—a high-octane, family-friendly spectacle celebrating Italian culture, community, and the universal joy of coming together over food. We brought the heartbeat of Italy to life through breathtaking acrobatics, larger-than-life puppets, swirling flags, rich music, and expressive movement that honored tradition while feeling bold and modern. It was a vibrant, emotional, and unforgettable fusion of movement and magic—a theatrical feast that captured the soul of Italy and reminded the world that life is best celebrated together.
