Writer, Director, Casting & Contributing Choreographer

One Night for One Drop was Cirque du Soleil’s first-ever CBS primetime special—and a bold, philanthropic spectacle I had the honor of Writing and Directing. Created in support of the One Drop Foundation’s mission to ensure safe water access worldwide, the event raised millions for this vital cause. Legendary composer Hans Zimmer was the featured musical artist, performing multiple iconic scores live and infusing the production with cinematic power and emotion. Staged in the iconic “O” Theater at the Bellagio, the show united 150 world-class artists from around the globe in a breathtaking fusion of acrobatics, dance, music, comedy and storytelling.

Pushing the boundaries of live performance, we turned the stage into an awe-inspiring world of water, fire, and spectacle. Towering water-based structures—including a trampoline and high bar rig suspended above the pool—amplified the excitement. Performers soared on flyboards, flames lit up the theater, a full-sized ship rose dramatically from beneath the water, and a floating island of musicians drifted across the scene. As rain fell and thunder rumbled overhead, the entire space pulsed with powerful visual effects, delivering an unforgettable, multisensory experience.

With special appearances by Blue Man Group and bold choreography from Alexander Ekman, Andrew Winghart, and Keone & Mari, One Night for One Drop was an unforgettable celebration of art, impact, and imagination.
